Our requirements
What we ask for in an offer
To compare offers on a like-for-like basis and to prepare the export documents, here is the information we expect.
Your offer
- Price per unit and per carton, in euros excluding taxes, under Incoterms® 2020 EXW or FCA; CFR or CIF as an option
- Packing: units per carton, cartons per pallet, weight and volume
- Minimum order quantity and whether mixed pallets are possible
- Remaining shelf life at shipment, use-by or best-before date, batch numbers
- Preparation lead time and possible shipping date
- Payment terms and offer validity
Your documents
- Letter or certificate confirming your status as a manufacturer or as a distributor authorised by the brand
- Technical data sheets, EAN codes and customs codes (HS)
- Certificate of origin
- Health certificate or certificate of free sale
- Halal certificate, for the products concerned
- Cosmetics: compliance with Regulation (EC) No 1223/2009, CPNP notification, safety data sheets for aerosols and flammable products
Remaining shelf life at shipment: at least 12 months for long-life products, and at least 75% for all others.
