Our method

Five steps, from your request to the port of arrival

Every order follows the same process, documented in writing, from the request to the loading of the container.

  1. Your requirements

You tell us the products or categories you are looking for, the quantities, the port of destination, your preferred Incoterm and your timescale. We confirm the request in writing.

  2. Sourcing in Europe

We consult manufacturers, central purchasing organisations and authorised distributors in Europe, and we check the status of each supplier and the origin of the goods.

  3. Quotation and negotiation

You receive a detailed, comparative quotation: price by Incoterm, packing, shelf life, lead time and validity. We negotiate volumes and terms.

  4. Checks and documents

During order preparation, batch numbers and dates are recorded pallet by pallet, the export documents are drawn up and, on request, the goods are inspected before loading.

  5. Loading and shipment

The container, refrigerated if necessary, is loaded and photographed. You receive the shipping documents and tracking information until arrival in port.
